Ethics and principles
Einismen does not propose endless sets of rules, but it clearly points out how a person should act if they want to live with integrity.
A person should act so that their words can be carried by their actions. They should be clear, responsible and open to reconsidering when better understanding emerges. They should not choose the comfortable over the true just to avoid friction.
Einismen provides guidelines rather than rigid laws: choose function without abandoning ethics, protect your freedom without despising others', and set boundaries against that which breaks down clarity, trust and direction.
The approach to others should be factual, respectful and clear. That does not mean compliance, but it means boundaries should be set with judgment rather than affect.
