Improve further
Einismen does not see the human being or their systems as finished. That is why learning and change become a necessary pillar, not an optional addition.
Mistakes are a natural part of life. What matters is not avoiding every error, but being able to learn from them. The one who never reconsiders themselves risks stagnation, and in Einismen stagnation is seen as more dangerous than imperfection.
Change does not, however, mean throwing everything around all the time. Change should be conscious, understandable and directed toward improvement. What works can be refined. What does not work must be reconsidered. That is why this pillar is also tied to function, iteration and analysis.
The deeper meaning of change in Einismen is that the human being's value is not locked into their past. It is their future actions and their willingness to continue developing that weigh most heavily.
