Let words carry weight
Einismen treats words as binding. They gain gravity only when carried by action, responsibility and openness.
Words are not only a way of expressing thought. They build expectation, create or break trust and shape direction. When someone speaks carelessly, both the person and the relations around them weaken.
This pillar does not mean that a person may never change. It means that change must happen openly. If a promise cannot be kept, that must be said. If a position shifts, it must be acknowledged.
Respect for the weight of words makes Einismen honor-bound. Integrity becomes not a feeling but a relation between speech, action and consequence.
